Paper-II(CSAT)

 

Full Marks:- 200                                          Duration : Two hours

 

•Comprehension;

•Interpersonal skills including communication skills and Government strives to own a workforce that reflects gender balance and ladies candidates are encouraged to use.

•Logical reasoning and analytical ability;

•Decision making and problem-solving;

•General mental ability;

•Basic numeracy (Class X level)

• numbers and their relations

• orders of magnitude etc.

• Data interpretation (Class X level

• charts,

• graphs,

• tables,

• data sufficiency etc.

·         This paper is qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.

·         Total number of questions is 80.

·         Each question carry 2.5 marks.

·         Each wrong question carry -0.83 marks.

·         If you want to clear UPSC, you have to score only 66 marks and you have to attempt only 27 questions only. So, you have to attempt about 40 questions.
